  <p>Information: Rhoda E. Mitchell, 99, died Monday, Sept. 17, 1990, at McKinley Life Care Center, Canton, Ohio.  She was a former resident of Whipple, Ohio.  She was born in Jackson County June 25, 1891, the daughter of the late Charles and Rowema Greenleaf Bradley.  Her husband, William, preceded her in death, September 1964.  Survivors:  sons, Thomas, Carrollton, Ohio, Herbert of New Mexico, Kenny of Whipple, Ohio, Offie of Leroy; daughters, Lena Shephard of Canton, Ohio, Annabelle Cahl of Marietta, Ohio; sister, Merlie Hornsby of Vienna; 21 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held Thursday 2 p.m. at Liverpool United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ronald Cooper officiating.  Burial will be in Liverpool Church Cemetery.  Allmon-Dugger Funeral Home, Carrollton, Ohio, is in charge of arrangements.</p>
