  <p>Information: Ralph M. Mills, 82, of Charleston, formerly of Ripley, died Jan. 17, 1990, in Memorial Division, CAMC, after a long illness.  He was a veteran of World War II, a Mason, a Shriner and a member of Scottish Rite Bodies.  He attended Epworth Methodist Church, Ripley.  He served on the Board of Directors of First National Bank of Ripley for 24 years.  He was retired from Vail Funeral Home.  Surviving:  wife, Brenda; daughter, Doris Litton of Charleston; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild.  Memorial service was Friday at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley with the Rev Alvin Angle, Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery. Ripley. The family suggests donations to Epworth United Methodist Church.</p>
