  <p>Information: Olin R. ""Bill"" Mills, 69, of Cottageville, died Dec. 7, 1993, from injuries sustained in a automobile accident on U. S. Route 33 west of Ripley.  He was born in Munday, a son of the late Oliver and Ada Deems Mills.  He was a U. S. Army veteran of World War II, was retired from Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corp. and was a former coal miner.  He was a member of United Steelworkers Union Local 5668, an avid outdoorsman and a Protestant.  Surviving are his wife, Bertha Helms Mills; two sons, Allen Mills of Ripley and Eugene Mills of Cottageville; one daughter, Sandra Hartley of Cottageville; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.  Services were held Friday at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating.  Burial was in Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville, with military honors.</p>
