  <p>Information: Mrs. Myrl Berry Mills, 55, of Hammond, Ind., formerly of Charleston and Jackson County, died Monday in Thomas Memorial Hospital of an apparent heart attack.  She was a former employee of Staats Hospital and was a 14-year resident of Hammond.  Surviving:  husband, Eugene; mother, Mrs. Alma Kiser Berry of Sissonville; sister, Mrs. Helen B. Davis of South Charleston; brothers, Wilbur L. Berry of St. Albans, Dale B. Berry of Corpus Christi, Texas.  Service was Friday, Aug. 17, with the Rev. Guy Smith officiating.  Burial was in Hackney Cemetery in Jackson County.  Long-Fisher Funeral Home, Pocatalico, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
