  <p>Information: Mrs. Mary E. Mills, 83, Ravenswood, died early yesterday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. C. E. Swain, 1700 1/2 Broadway Aven. South Parkersburg.  She was the widow of William E. Mills. Born June 11, 1877, near Ravenswood, she was a daughter of the late Abraham and Annie Lawrence Brannan.  She lived in Ravenswood for the past 30 years.  She was a member of the Ravenswood EUB church.  Surviving her are another daughter Mrs. Blanche Gorrell , Ravenwood; five sons, Charley W. and Elmer C. Mills, Newell, Lowell W., Abraham H. and Arthur Mills, Parkersburg; 26 grandchildren and 53 great-grandchildren.  Also surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Metz, Marietta, Mrs. Minnie Mills and Mrs. Susie Wilson, Stockport, O.    She was preceded in death by her husband, a son, Peter L. Mills, and a daughter, Lora K. Swain.  Funeral servies will be held at 1 p.m Sunday at the Ravenswood EUB Church with the Rev. Denzil Proudfoot officiating.  Friends may call at the Chambers Funeral Home Ravenswood, after noon today.</p>
