  <p>Information: Chester Edward Mills, 62, of Ripley, died February 20, 1992, at CAMC Memorial Division, Charleston.  He was born in Beckley, a son of the late Crockett and Della Snider Mills.  He was retired from Kaiser Aluminum in Ravenswood.  He was a member of United Steel Workers Local 5668 and was a veteran of the Korean War.  He was a member of Ripley Baptist Temple.  He is survived by his wife, Marie Mills; one daughter, Gloria Casto of Ravenswood; one grandchild, and one step-grandchild.  Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Mike Norris officiating.  Burial will be in Jackson Memory Gardens, Cottageville.</p>
