  <p>Information: KENTUCK - Wilma Mae Counts Miller, 57, of Kentuck, died March 28, 2000, at home after a long illness.  She was a security guard at Cedar Lakes Conference Center, a 4-H leader, a Cub Scout leader, and a member of and Sunday school teacher at Hickory Grove Church.  Surviving:  husband, Leroy Miller; daughter, Carla Miller of Kentuck; son, Tracy of St. Albans; brother, Albert Counts of Buffalo; sister Katherine Casto of Kentuck.  Service will be noon Friday at Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Leonard Kessell officiating.  Burial will be in Counts Cemetery, Kentuck.  Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
