  <p>Information: EVANS, W.VA.--Willie A. Miller, 67, of Leon, W. Va. died Monday in Pleasant Valley Hospital following a short illness.  He was the son of Hollie Miller of Leon and the late Elzina Cain Miller.  He was retired from the B&O Railroad and was a farmer.  Surviving are his wife, America King Miller; four sons, Arthur Miller of Fairplain, W. Va., Delbert Miller of Columbus, Ohio, Donald Miller of Leon, and Jerrry Miller at home; a daughter, Goldie Robinson of Walthourville, Ga.; three brothers, John Miller and Frank Miller, both of Leon and Lester Miller of LaRue, Ohio; seven sisters, Flaura Schultz and Virginia Hess, both of Leon, Lizzie Mendhall of Nottingham, Pa.; Leota Edwards of Ripley, Jane Pritt and Evelyn Bellemy, both of St. Albans, Althelia Casto of Buffalo, W. Va.; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  Services will be Friday, 2 p.m. in the Casto Funeral Home with the Rev. Herman Jordan officiating.  Burial will be in the Forrest Hills Cemetery, at Flatrock, W. Va.  Friends may call after 2 p.m. today.</p>
