  <p>Information: William Holly Miller, 73, of Cottageville, died February 24, at Jackson General Hospital, following a brief illness.  He was born in Cottageville, a son of the late William Kenna and Iva Meredith Miller.  He was a retired school teacher and retired a second time from Kaiser Aluminum.  He was a member of the West Virginia Education Association, United Steelworkers Union Local #5668 and the Evergreen Hills Freewill Baptist Church.  Surviving:  his wife, Mariedeth Dodd Miller; two sons, William Gary Miller and Mark Quinton Miller, both of Cottageville; two daughters, Charlotte Keefer of Leon and Sharon McClellan of Mt. Alto; two step-sons, Scotty Johnson of Pinch and Gregory Johnson of Fresno, CA; three step-daughters, Carolyn White of Cottageville, Annette Cummings of Lincolnton, NC, and Phyllis Summers of LaGrange, KY; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.  Service will be 1 p.m. today (Saturday) at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with Rev. Mark Price and Rev. Thomas Cox officiating.  Burial will be in Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville.  Friends may call at the funeral home form 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. today.</p>
