  <p>Information:      Mrs. Virginia E. Miller, 63, of Kenna, died November 30, 1991, at General Division, CAMC, after a long illness.  She was born March 25, 1928, a daughter of Christina and the late George L. Hall.  She was a homemaker and a member of Goodwill Community Church, Kenna.   Surviving:  husband, Benjamin Basil Milleer; son, Steven of Sandyville; daughter, Debbie Moore of Ripley; mother, Cristina Hall of Kenna; brothers, Jim and Mike Hall, both of Kenna; sisters, Frances Sheets of Chester, Ohio, Delphia Lanham and Jane Wheeler, both of Kenna, Joann Rhodes of Columbus, Ohio; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild.  Services was Tuesday at Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, with Rev. Orville Walker officiating.  Burial was in Hamon-Skeen Cmetery, Kentuck.</p>
