Information: FORMER PRESBYTERIAN MINISTER CLAIMED - The Rev. Stephen L. Miller, 35, of Memphis, Tenn., formerly of Ripley, died Friday in a Huntington hospital after a short illness.  He and his family had been visiting his parents in Huntington during the holidays when he became ill.  At the time of his death, he was associate minister of Idlewild Presbyterian Church in Mamphis.  In addition to serving the Ripley Presbyterian Church, he had served as pastor of churches in Spencer and Elkview.  He was a member of the Memphis Presbytery, Sports Collectors Club, Christian Education Committee and the Board of Directors of Family Service in Memphis.  Survivors include his wife, Sandra; daughter, Stephanie of Memphis; son, Shannon of Memphis; parents, Norman and Barbara Miller of Huntngton; brothers, Edgar of Laurel, Md., Gary of Huntington.  Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon in Spring Valley Presbyterian Church, Huntington, with the Rev. Henry Strock and the Rev. Robert Fields officiating.  Burial was in Spring Hill Cemetery, Huntington.  Memorials may be made to Union Theological Seminary Library Fund, Richmond, Va.,
