  <p>Information: Shirley ""Red"" Miller, of Charleston, died Wednesday, December 11, 2002, at Sentra Bayside Hospital in Virginia Beach.  He was born June 20, 1915, at Charleston, a son of the late Rome and Cora Elswick Miller.  He was a marina caretaker for the Charleston Boat Club.  He is survived by his wife, Mary Miller; sons, Butch and Ronnie Miller, both of Virginia Beach; daughters, Carolyn Moss of Virginia Beach and Connie Casipit of Orlando, FL; four grandchildren, Mike Moss of Virginia Beach, Davis and Brooke Casipit, both of Orlando and Lorrie Williamson of Virginia Beach; and five great-grandchildren.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.  Funeral services will be held Sunday, December 15, 2002, at 1:00 p.m. at Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home of Ripley.  Burial will be at the Miller Family Cemetery, Goldtown.  Friends may call today (Saturday, December 14), from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.</p>
