  <p>Information: Samuel Junior Miller, 56, of Evans, died Sunday, Aug. 16, 1987, in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, of an apparent heart attack.  He was born in Cottageville, a son of the late Otho and Nettie Anderson Miller.  He was a heavy equipment operator for the West Virginia Department of Highways.  He is survived by his wife, Renee Owens Miller; four sons, Chris Miller and Mike Miller, both of Evans, Duane Miller of Alexandria, Va., and David Miller of Chesapeake, Ohio; two stepdaughters, Roberta Fields of Evans and Sandra Trail of Point Pleasant; one stepson, Merill O. Ritchie of Gallipolis, Ohio; one sister, Elzina Hughes of Obetz, Ohio; nine grandchildren.  Services will be today (Wednesday) at the Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Harless Cook, Jr. officiating.  Burial will be in Creston Cemetery.</p>
