  <p>Information: Evans- Otha Early Miller, 59, of Madison Av., Pt. Pleasant, died Friday in Pleasant Valley Hospital after a short illness.  He was born in Cottageville, son of the late Otho Miller and Nettie Anderson Miller, was retired from Foote Mineral Corp.  Survivors include one son, James Leroy of Columbus, O.; three daughters, Lou Ann Wayne of Logan, O., Stella Johnson and Dollie Radcliff, both of Columbus; two brothers, Clyde of Johnstown, O., and Samuel of Evans, Rt. 1; one sister, Zina Hughes of Columbus; and eight grandchildren.  Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Creston United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating.  Burial will be in Creston Cemetery.  Friends may call at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, after 1 p.m. today.</p>
