  <p>Information: RUSSELL KY - Naomi (Sayre) Miller, 76, of Russell KY, passed away October 6, 2009, in King Daughters Medical Center, Ashland, following a brief illness.  She was born October 10, 1932 in Cottageville, a daughter to the late Holly W. and Hazel May (Hughes) Sayre.  She was a retired school bus operator from the Meigs County OH Board of Education and the Russell Independent Schools.  She attended the First Church of God.         Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Ray Miller; son, Lee Floyd of Pomeroy, OH; daughter, Leta Floyd of Pomeroy OH; stepson, Joe R. Miller of Monticello, GA; stepdaughter, Kendra Wilburn of Wurtland KY; brothers, Neil Sayre of Cottageville and Louis Sayre of Ravenswood; sisters, Shirley Southall of Ripley and Lenora Ounan of Oscoda, MI; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and three step-grandchildren.  Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, October 8, at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Gerald B. Sayre officiating.  Burial will follow in Meigs Memorial Gardens, Pomeroy OH.  Visitation was held from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 7, at the funeral home.</p>
