Information: Mildred N. Miller, 78, of Ripley, died Dec. 29, 1995 at the Charleston Area Medical Center, Memorial Division after a short illness. She was the daughter of the late Homer Andy and Dollie Chafe Gandee.  She was a homemaker.  Survivors include her husband, Henry Miller of Ripley; one son, Larry Miller of Fairplain; one brother, Carroll Gandee of Ripley; one sister, Eloise Isner of Elkins; three grandchildren.   Services were held on Monday at Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Creel Kerns officiating.  Burial was in Fairplain Cemetery.
