  <p>Information: Manford ""Mank"" Miller, 67, of Allen&#39;s Route, Sissonville, died March 18, 1991, in CAMC, Memorial Division, after a short illness.  He was retired from True Temper Corp.  He was a Navy veteran of World War II.  Surviving:  wife, Josephine ""Jo"" Miller; sons, Doug and Jimmy, both of Sissonville; daughters, Ann Nienke of Cross Lanes, Louise Painter of Ripley, Kathy Casto of Given, Kay at home; sisters, Garnet Fields, Glenith Harrison and Gay Walker, all of Sissonville; brother, Richard of Hurricane; 10 grandchildren.  Service was Thursday at Long-Fisher Funeral Home, Pocatalico, with the Rev. Billy Casto and the Rev. Jerry Bonnett officiating.  Burial was in Emma Chapel Cemetery, Liberty.</p>
