  <p>Information: Iva Pearl Miller, 94, of Cottageville, died Sunday in Care Inn nursing home, Ripley, following a long illness.  She was born in Tyler County, daughter of the late William Osborne and Rebecca Tuttle Meredith.  She was a member of the Cottageville United Methodist Church, a member of the Cottageville Chapter 16 Order of Eastern Star for over 50 years.  She was a retired teacher, a member of the National Education Association and West Virginia Education Association.  She is survived by one son, William Holly Miller of Cottageville; one brother Charles Meredith of Parkersburg; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.  Services were Tuesday at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating.  Burial was in the Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville.</p>
