  <p>Information: KENNA - Delbert R. ""Rocky"" Miller, 79, of Kenna, Jackson County, died Wednesday, June 14, 2000, in CAMC, General Division, after a short illness.  He retired from Union Carbide with 36 years of service and was a member of Charleston Mountain Mission and the Adult Bible Class.  He was preceded in death by son, Jerry Wayne ""Butchie"" Miller.  Surviving:  wife, Imogene Patterson Miller; daughters, Rebecca Whited of Jacksonville, Fla., Patricia Miller of Charleston; brother, Jack L. of Kenna; sister, Virginia Ray of Laurenburg, N. C.; grandsons, Kirk and Blaine Whited of Jacksonville.  Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Charleston Mountain Mission with the Rev. Al Mendez officiating.  Burial will be Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans.  Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. today at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home  and one hour prior to service at the church.</p>
