  <p>Information: Funeral services for Mrs. Celia Jane (Rhodes) Miller, age 90, were held from the Baptist Temple in Ripley on Thursday afternoon with Rev. Pelton E. Vandercoy in charge and the body was taken to the Oak Hill cemetery for burial.  The Vail undertakers had charge of the funeral plans. Mrs. Miller died at the West Ripley home on Wednesday afternoon after a long illness.  Her condition had been critical for several days and death had been expected.  The survivors include three daughters, Mrs. L. A. Levasseur of Charleston, W. Va., Mrs. H. H. Grant of Dorothy, W. Va., and Mrs. A. J. Ross of Eleanor, W. Va.; two sons, I. S. Miller of Kayford, W. Va. (the other one not named); and one brother, J. S. Rhodes of Frenchburg, Kentucky; and one sister, Mrs. Will Dotson of Davis Creek, W. Va.   (Betty Kessel McIntyre)</p>
