  <p>Information: RIPLEY - Bobby Joe Miller, 58, of Ripley WV, departed this life August 8, 1997 at his home following an extended illness.  He was born June 13, 1939 in Jackson County, a son of the late Robert and Edna Mae ""Miller"" Bourgeois.  He was a U. S. Army veteran, a retired welder from Kardex, Marietta, OH, a member of the AFL-CIO Local #3241, Marietta OH and he was a protestant. Surviving are his wife, Freda Mae ""Myers"" Miller; son, Bobby E. Miller of Fairplain; daughters, Reta Miller of Cottageville, Debbie Collins of Gay, Sketter Lowry of Evans and Jackie Dewees of Ripley; brothers, Paul V. Bourgeois of Ripley, Dale Bourgeois of Wooster OH and Billy D. Bourgeois of Rittman OH; sisters, Donna Miller of Moundsville, Helen Bourgeois of Wadsworth OH, Sue Bourgeois of Ripley and Pam Anderson of Sandyville; 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.  Services were held Monday, August 11 at Casto Funeral Home, Evans WV, with the Rev. Dean King officiating.  Burial will be in the Morgan Cemetery, Ripley, WV.</p>
