Information: Mrs. Phyllis Landfried Milhoan, 81, of Parkersburg, died Friday, Feb. 18, in Worthington Manor Care Center, Parkersburg.  She was born at Ripley, a daughter of the late John and Ida Ferguson Landfried.  She was a member of St. Andrew's United Methodist Church.  Survivors include one son, James William Milhoan of Mitchell, Ore.; two daughters, Phyllis Murphy of Vincent, Ohio and Peggy Merz of Portolo Valley, Calif.; five granddaughters.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimna J. Milhoan, in 1977, a brother and a great-grandson.  Graveside services were held Sunday at Pine Hill Cemetery, Ripley, with the Rev. Donald Dillon officiating.  Vaughan Funeral Home, Parkersburg, was in charge of arrangements.
