  <p>Information: Orville E. Milhoan, 82, of Worthington, formerly of the Parkersburg area, died Tuesday, Oct. 24, 1995 at Riverside Methodist Hospital.  He was born in Jackson County, a son of the late Harley and Artie Reed Milhoan.  He retired as a master craftsman from the General Motors Corporation after 30 years of service.  He was active in the Worthington community where he held several offices, including president of the Colonial Hills Civic Association.  He was an avid gardener and outdoor sportsman. Surviving: wife, Clara Milhoan; one son, one daughter, four grandsons, two brothers, nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by one sister.  Memorial services were Monday, Worthington United Methodist Church, the Rev. Robert K. Chiles officiating.  Burial at Walnut Grove Cemetery.</p>
