  <p>Information: Olin Milhoan, 80, of Proctorville, Ohio, died April 29 at St. Mary&#39;s Hospital.  He was born September 26, 1915 in Sherman, W. Va., son of the late Pearl and Millie Reed Milhoan.  He was retired from the US Army Corps of Engineers in 1984.  He was a member of Hinton Masonic Lodge, member of Rome Presbyterian Church, and a member of American Society of Civil Engineers.  Survivors include his wife, Juanita Stone Milhoan; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Carolyn and Bruce Bradford of Pomeroy, Ohio, Anita Milhoan Malcolm, and her husband, Scott Malcolm of Church Road, VA, and Julie Milhoan of Proctorville, Ohio; one brother and sister-in-law, William and Joan Milhoan of Huntington WV; three grandchildren, Dana Murphy, Leslie Foley, and Becky Malcolm.  Additional survivors include one niece, Kimberly Milhoan and four great-grandchildren, Laura and Will Murphy, Patrick and Kelsey Foley.  Friends may call at the Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday (today).  Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville by the Rev. Gary Walker.  Burial will be in Ravenswood Cemetery with the committal service at the Ravenswood Cemetery gravesite at 4 p.m. Thursday.</p>
