  <p>Information: Jimna J. Milhoan, 83, of Parkersburg, died Saturday in St. Joseph&#39;s Hospital, Parkersburg.  Born in Jackson County, he was a retired B & O Railroad engineer, an Army veteran of World War I, and a member of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers, Fort Boreman Gun Club and the NRA.  He was a gunsmith.  Surviving:  wife, Phyllis Landfried Milhoan; son, James William of Phoenix, Ariz.; daughters, Mrs. Phyllis Murphy of Vinson, Ohio, Mrs. Peggy Merz of Portolo Valley, Calif.; five grandchildren; one great-grandson.  Graveside service was held Tuesday in Pine Hill Cemetery, with the Rev. Ron Dillon officiating.  Vaughan Funeral Home, Parkersburg, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
