Information: Helen L. Milhoan, 88, formerly of Vienna, died Sunday morning, April 24, 1988, at the Arlington Health Care Center, Parkersburg, following an extended illness. She was born in Jackson County, a daughter of the late John Wesley and Fanny Jane McKinley Gorrell. She was retired from the Corning Glassworks in Parkersburg and was a member of the Vienna Baptist Church. She is survived by one son, Ivan Milhoan of Vienna; one daughter, Mrs. Ralph (Irene) Hayden of Vienna; two grandsons, Mike Hayden of Vienna and Dr. Stevan J. Milhoan of Charleston; one granddaughter, Karen Hayden of Atlanta, Ga.; two great-granddaughters; one sister, Mrs. Henry (Ethel) Slaven of Parkersburg; two brothers, Harry and Oscar Gorrell, both of Ravenswood; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, P. Virgil Milhoan in 1952; two brothers and one sister. Funeral services were Tuesday at the Vaughn Funeral Home with Dr. Malcolm L. Broome officiating. Burial was in Ravenswood Cemetery.
