  <p>Information: Della M. Milhoan, 89, of Route 1, Liverpool, died Wednesday in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley.  She was born in Jackson County, a daughter of the late Thomas and Martha Parrish Mitchell.  She was a member of the Mill Creek Baptist Church.  Surviving:  sons, Clarence B. Mitchell and Harry L. Milhoan, both of Liverpool, and Edward S. Milhoan of Ravenswood; three daughters, Virginia Ellis and Hazel Pumphrey, both of Liverpool, and Frances Rhodes of New England; 19 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren.  Services were Saturday in Mill Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Herman Robinson officiating.  Burial was in Baptist Grove Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Mill Creek Baptist Men&#39;s Group Fund or to a favorite charity.  Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, was in charge of the arrangements.</p>
