  <p>Information: Bud Fleming Milhoan, 46, of Liverpool, died Sunday in the Jackson General Hospital after a long illness.  He was born at Liverpool, the son of Mrs. Deliah Milhoan and the late James E. Milhoan.  He was a member of Frozen Camp Baptist Church and had been an employe of Kaiser Aluminum.  Besides his mother, survivors include three brothers, Clarence Mitchell and Harry Milhoan of Liverpool, and Edward Milhoan of Virginia Beach, Va.; three sisters, Mrs. Virginia Ellis of Liverpool, Mrs. Hazel Pumphrey of Akron, O., and Mrs. Frances Rhodes of New England.  Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Vail Funeral Home with the Rev. Rankin Roach officiating with burial in the Frozen Camp Cemetery.</p>
