  <p>Information: Mrs. Artie Reed Milhoan, 81, Murraysville, died Wednesday at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital after a short illness.  Born at Sherman, she was the daughter of the late Joseph W. and Josephine Staats Reed, and was a member of the Ebenezer Baptist Church of Murraysville.  She is survived by three sons, Orville of Worthington, O., Gerald of here, and Carl of Belleville; two sisters, Mrs. Rosa Rawson of Parkersburg, and Mrs. Mollie Milhoan of here; three brothers, Everett Reed of Lakeview, Fla., Clyde and Russel Reed, both of Parkersburg; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Harley C. Milhoan and a daughter, Mrs. Freda Harris.  Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church, here, with the Rev. Ronald Stoner officiating.  Burial will be in the Ravenswood Cemetery.  Friends may call at the Chambers Funeral Home from 1-9 p.m. today. The body will be moved to the church one hour prior to service.</p>
