Information:   Hansel E. Milam, 67, of Middle Fork, Romance, was killed Thursday in a tractor accident while baling hay near his home.   According to state trooper Mike Bright, the tractor and baler Milam had been operating began coasting down an incline while he was off of it attending to a bale which had broken. Milam attempted to remount the tractor and stop it but fell and was run over by the tractor and baler.   The mishap occurred at approximately 7 p, m. Thursday, Trooper Bright said.  Milam's body was transported to the Long-Fisher Funeral Home, Pocatalico, by the Kanawha County Emergency Ambulance Authority.   Milam was retired from Bethlehem Steel with 20 years of service.  He was a lifelong resident of the Romance area.   Surviving: wife, Audrey Lanham Milam; daughter, Mrs. Shelby J. Thornton of St. Cloud, Fla.; son, Roger D. of Romance; sister, Lexie Milam of Orlando, Fla.;  brothers, Loren G. of Kenna and Drexel of Cyclone.   Funeral services were held Sunday at the Long-Fisher Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles F. Scragg officiating.  Burial was in Floral Hills Gardens of Memories, Pocatalico.
