  <p>Information: Phyllis Jean Miihlbach, 56, of Ravenswood, passed away August 29, 2012 in Ripley WV.  She was born  February 20, 1956 in Spencer WV to Russell Hurst and Violet Lowe Hurst.  She was a RA/CNA Certified Nursing Assistant in Restorative Aid.  She was employed at Eldercare of Ripley from 1990 to the present.  She was involved in multiple fund-raisers and events at Eldercare.  She was a member of the American Cancer Society.  She loved her grandchildren and family, and she also loved her animals.  She always had a smile and a whistle.  Survivors include her husband, Gary Miihlbach, Ravenswood WV; mother, Violet Hurst, Ravenswood WV; son and daughter-in-law, James Steenburgh and Vanessa, Teays Valley WV; grandchildren, Logan, Brandon and Kynzi Steenburgh, Teays Valley WV; brother, Jack Hurst, Ravenswood WV; brother and sister-in-law, Robert Miihlbach and Linda Miihlbach, Ravenswood WV; aunt, Tressie McCune; nieces and nephews, Robin and Robbie Evans, Chris, Jason and Eric Hoschar, Sheila Garnes, Shelley and Allen Cozart, and April Harns; numerous great-nieces and nephews.  She was preced in death by her father, Russell Hurst.  Services were Friday, August 31, 2012 at 3 pm at Roush Funeral Home with Chaplin Mike Jarrett.  Burial at Wilding Cemetery, Ravenswood.  Friends visited the family at the funeral home on Friday, August 31, from 2-3 pm.  Condolences may be expressed to the family by email at roush94@yahoo.com. or on our website at www.roushfuneralhome.com.</p>
