  <p>Information: Mrs. Doxie Love Midkiff, 81, of Mineral Wells, died at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Barbara Scarbro of Belpre, March 13.  She was born in Jackson County and is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Scarbro of Belpre, Mrs. Phyllis Stanley of Parkersburg, Mrs. Margaret Sands of Vienna, Mrs. Virginia Close and Mrs. Patty Hicks of Marietta; three sons, Charles C. and George of Mineral Wells and Melvin of Parkersburg; a sister, Mrs. Mellie Fulton of Marrtown; 23 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Pearl Midkiff; a daughter and a son.  Funeral services were held Friday at the Shaver and Son Funeral Home, with burial in the Lubeck Cemetery.</p>
