Information: Charles ""Ted"" Meredith, Jr., 72, of Morgantown, died unexpectedly at WVU Medical Center.  He was born in Ripley, a son of Charles T. Meredith and the late Bessie Sayre Meredith.  He was a retired welder and a Protestant.  He is survived by Gwendolyn Gain Joy Meredith; one daughter, Jacquelyn Fishman of Akron, Ohio; one brother, Kermit F. or Princeton; one sister, Virginia Fink of Fredericksburg, Va.; and three grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.  Service was Tuesday at the Ogdin Funeral Home, with the Rev. Walter A. Frost officiating.  Burial was in the Mount Olivet Cemetery.
