  <p>Information: Eugene A. Melhorn, 78, of Ripley, died Thursday in Jackson General Hospital after a long illness.  He was an iron worker and a member of Fairplain Union Church.  Survivors include his wife, Virginia; two sons, John Melhorn and the Rev. Aaron Melhorn, both of Ripley; two daughters, Berwola Keselburg of Georgia and Virginia Williams of Ripley; three sisters, Sarah Stowers, Naomi Steroupe and Edith Ledford, all of North Carolina; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  Services will be tomorrow at 2 p.m. at Parsons Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Billy Casto officiating.  Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Ripley.  Friends may call today from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.* Born in Ducktown, Tenn., a son of the late John Melvin and Damie Sylvania Weaver Melhorn.</p>
