  <p>Information: Leonard B. Meadows, Jr., 63, of Ripley, died in General Division, CAMC, after a long illness.  He was a retired manager for convenience stores, was a member of Goshen Baptist Church and the Lions Club. Surviving:  wife, Opal; sons, Leonard III of Charleston and Monty of Ripley; daughter, Regina Settle of Charleston; stepdaughter, Juanita Crook of Delaware; mother, Dessie Meadows of Charleston; brothers, Ralph of Florida, Homer and James, both of Charleston; sisters, Phyllis Pendill of Florida, Gertrude Neary and Carolyn Miller, both of Charleston; five grandchildren.  Service was held Tuesday at Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Eddie Hensen officiating.  Burial was in Goshen Cemetery, Jackson County.</p>
