  <p>Information: Otho G. McVey, 81, of 304 19th Street, Dunbar, died June 21, in Thomas Memorial Hospital, South Charleston, after a short illness.  He was a retired foreman for Libbey-Owens-Ford with 44 years service. He was a member of Humphreys Memorial United Methodist Church.  He was a Mason and a Shriner and a member of the Eastern Star and the White Shrine.  He was a 37-year resident of Dunbar and a native of Jackson County.  Surviving:  sons, James D. of El Paso, Texas, Robert A of Orlando, FLa., Patricia Winter of Charleson; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.  Service was held Saturday at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. John R. Grandstaff officiating.  Burial was in Tyler Mountain Memor Gardens, with Masonic graveside rites.</p>
