  <p>Information: Mrs. Loma B. McVey, 80, of Dunbar, died May 27, 1989, at Americare, Dunbar, after a long illness.  She was the sister of Bessie Parsons of Given.  She was a 37-year resident of Dunbar.  She was born at Kenna.  She was a member of Humphreys Memorial United Methodist Church, Dunbar, Eastern Star and White Shrine.  Surviving:  husband, Otho G. McVey; sons, James D. of El Paso, Texas and Robert A. of Orlando, Fla.; daughter, Patricia Winter of Charleston; brother, the Rev. H. Bryan Parsons of Dunbar; half brother, the Rev. J. K. Parsons of Charleston; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.  Service will be 11 a.m. today (Wednesday) at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. John R. Grandstaff officiating.  Burial will be inTyler Mountain Gardens.</p>
