  <p>Information: Mrs. Velva Sayre McMurray, 74, of Washington, Wood County, died at the St. Joseph&#39;s Hospital Saturday morning after a short illness.  She was born in Mason County, daughter of the late James A. and Mary Knapp Sayre.  She was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church, a member of the Quakertown Club, a member of the National Assn. of Retired Veteran Railway Employees, and had resided all her married life in the Parkersburg area.  She is survived by three sons, Charles F. McMurray and Kenneth R. McMurray of Parkersburg, and William E. McMurray of Cleveland; one sister, Mrs. Goldie Snyder in California; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband Charles R. McMurray in 1965.  Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Leavitt Funeral Home with the Rev. Donzel W. Nicholson officiating.  Burial was in the Ravenswood Cemetery.</p>
