Information:     Ollie Ferrell McMurray, 84, died Friday in Worthington Manor Rest Home in Parkersburg after an extended illness.     She was born in Red Knob, the daughter of the late Frank and Sarah Droddy Ferrell.  She was a housewife and member of the Silverton United Methodist Church, the Ladies Aid and the Farm Woman's Club.     Survivors include two daughters, Mrs Sarah Huff of St. Albans, and Mrs. Catherine Parsons of Augusta, Ga.; one son, Lionel McMurray of Washington, Wood County; three sisters, Mrs. Laura Vanaman and Mrs. Levina Offutt of Vienna, and Mrs. Myrtle Profitt of Portland, O,; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.     She was preceded in death by her husband, Shirley V. McMurray, one daughter, Janet, and two sons, William and Ralph.     Services were held Sunday at the Straight-Tucker Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Morrison officiating and burial in Ravenswood Cemetery.
