  <p>Information: Henry Ralph McIntyre, 86, of Sissonville, departed this life Nov. 15, 2003 in Moss Golden Years Personal Care Home, Cross Lanes, following an extended illness.  He was born June 10, 1917, in Cottageville, a son of the late Henry Henderson and Blanche E. Meredith McIntyre.  He was a retired heavy equipment mechanic from Cedar Coal Company and was a member of the United Mine Workers of America.  He was also an avid NASCAR fan.         Survivors include a daughter, Deloris McIntyre of Charleston; brother, Bernard McIntyre of Canton, Ohio; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.  He was also preceded in death by his first wife, Bertha Alice; second wife, Rose Ann; daughter, Carol Meadows; three grandchildren; brothers, Raymond, Harold, John, Donald and Charles.  Service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19, at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, W. Va., with the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating.  Burial will follow in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Sissonville.  Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.</p>
