  <p>Information: COTTAGEVILLE - Charles Henderson McIntyre, 68, of Cottageville, WV. departed this life February 15, 1999 at Pt. Pleasant Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Pt. Pleasant, WV following an extended illness.  He was born June 10, 1930 at Cottageville, WV, a son of the late Charles Enoch ""Bid"" and Eusta Marie (Flowers) McIntyre.  He was a retired tradesman having worked with heating, plumbing and air conditioning.  He was also a mechanic and attended the Church of God, Ravenswood.  Survivors include a daughter, Catherine Marlowe of Danville, VA; brothers, Roy Darrell McIntyre of Winston-Salem, NC, and William Thomas McIntyre of Richmond, VA; sisters, Dorothy Hylton of Pt. Pleasant, Dorla Livingston of Evans and Elizabeth Walker of Columbus, OH; grandson, Zachary Mize of Danville, VA.  Service will be Thursday, February 18, 1999 at 11 a.m. at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, WV with Pastor Roger Cummings officiating.  Burial will follow in Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville WV.  Visitation 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.</p>
