  <p>Information: Audra Lee McIntyre, 74, of Cottageville, died March 12, 1992, at Holzer Medical Center in Gallipolis, Ohio, after a brief illness.  She was born November 17, 1917, a daughter of the late William P. Click and Amellia Hussell Freiss.  She was a member of the Rebeccas, the Jackson County Senior Citizens Club and the West Virignia Steam and Gas Engine Association.  She attended the Cottageville United Methodist Church and was a member of the church&#39;s ladies aid.  She was a life-long resident of Jackson County and a retired nurses aide at Jackson General Hospital.  Survivors include: one daughter, Linda Dunn of Millwood; one son, Randy Joe McIntyre of Cottageville; one brother, Dellas Click of Cottageville; one granddaughter, Kim Lee Dunn of Millwood.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond; one son, Gary; one sister, Violet Rowan.  Services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday in the Casto Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gerald Sayre and Dr. Howard VanDyne officiating.  Burial will follow in the Blaine Memorial Cemetery in Cottageville.  Friends may call at the funeral home after 4:00 p.m. Saturday.</p>
