  <p>Information: Johnie Maye McIntosh, 86, of Parkersburg Road, Spencer, died April 1, 1988, in the Roane General Hospital, Spencer, after an extended illness.  Mrs. McIntosh was born in Ripley, a daughter of the late John and Mary McMahon O&#39;Brien.  She was a member of the Daughters of American Revolution, attended West Virginia University and was a member of Chi Omega Sorority at WVU.  She was a graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College.  She was a member of South Methodist Church and was church organist for several years.  Surviving:  son, Frederick F. McIntosh III of Old Tappan, N. J.; daughters, Mary McIntosh Davis of Morgantown and Diane Peyton of Wheeling; 11 grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred F. McIntosh, Jr.  Service was Monday at the McIntosh home with the Rev. Donald Coleman officiating and burial in Eventide Cemetery.</p>
