Information: WIDELY KNOWN CITIZEN DEAD - C. L. MCINTOSH DIED IN A WHEELING HOSPITAL THURSDAY - Relatives, friends and a host of acquaintances paid final tribute to Charles L. McIntosh at funeral services held from the Palmer Funeral home in Ravenswood Sunday afternoon at two o'clock.  The Rev. J. D. Bell, pastor of the Walton Memorial church, had charge of the service. Mr. McIntosh died at the Ohio Valley hospital in Wheeling last Thursday night.  He was 58 years of age.  He had been ill for some time and death was expected according to close associates.      For many years he had been active in the civic and business affairs of Ravenswood and was one of the town's most widely known citizens. Three months ago, he became ill at his home in Ravenswood and for some time friends and members of his family were hopeful that he might recover but as time went on his condition became worse and several days prior to his death, all hope for his recovery was abandoned.      He was the son of the late John A. and Ella McIntosh.  He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Virginia McLean McIntosh; two daughters, Mrs. Harold Starcher of Ripley, Mrs. O. L. Kyer of Ravenswood and one son, Leon, of Charleston; two step-children, Mrs. O. M. Staats of Wheeling and Charles Fast of Fort Knox, Ky; also, one grandson; one brother, F. F. McIntosh, Sr.; two nieces, Mrs. DeWitt Edwards and Miss Mary Alice McIntosh, and one nephew, F. F. McIntosh, Jr., all of Spencer.
