Information: Julia Kathleen ""Kathy"" Blake McGrew, 67, of Huntington, died Sunday.  She was born in Sandyville, a daughter of the late James Everette and Sarah Frances Duke Blake.  She is survived by her husband, Harold Franklin McGrew, whom she married in 1940; three daughters, Mrs. Jane Webb of Kenova, Mrs. Janet Enix of Huntington, and Mrs. Judy Wheeler of Kenova; one sister, Clarel Dean Digman of Alliance, OH and five brothers, Dale, Bruce and Paul Blake, all of Sandyville, Wayne Blake of Charleston and Curtis Blake of Florida.  Funeral services were held Tuesday at Reger Funeral Home in Huntington.
