Information: Luella M. McGraw of Hinton, formerly of Ripley and Charleston, died Jan. 11, 1996, at Humana Greenbrier Valley Hospital, Fairlea, after a long illness.  She was a former schoolteacher, nurse and secretary at Jackson County Courthouse.  She was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church, Ripley, and a life member of Order of Eastern Star, Ripley.  Surviving:  daughters, Mary Hersman of Hinton, Helen Fringer of York, Pa.; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one step-grandchild.  Services were held on Sunday at Epworth United Methodist Church, with burial in Fairplain Cemetery.
