  <p>Information: Carl S. McGraw, 75, of Orlando, Fla., formerly of Ripley, died Wednesday in an Orlando hospital.  He was a retired employe of the former State Road Commission.  Surviving:  son, Robert of South Charleston; daughters, Mrs. Elinor Martin of Orlando, Fla., Mrs. Dorothy McCoy of Stone Mountain, Ga.; brothers, Smith of Sandusky, Ohio, Jack of South Charleston, Ray of Ripley; sisters, Mrs. Addie Knapp, Mrs. Icie Smith and Mrs. Faye Fletcher, all of Ripley, Mrs. Elsie Davis of Ravenswood; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.  Service was held Saturday morning in Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Vairl Winter officiating.  Burial was in Fairplain Cemetery.</p>
