  <p>Information: MCDADE RITES ARE HELD ON SUNDAY - Samuel A. McDade, 82 year old farmer of Evans, died at his home there Friday after an illness of about two years duration.  His condition had been critical and death had been expected.  Mr. McDade was born at Evans on May 15, 1869, s son of George and Nancy Simpson McDade.  He spent his entire life in the community where he engaged in farming.  The funeral service was held from the Creston church Sunday afternoon with the Rev. D. L. Sayre of Clarksburg officiating and burial was in the church cemetery.  The Vail undertakers were in charge of the arrangements.  Survivors include a son, Millard McDade of Columbus; a daughter, Nancy McDade, at home; one brother, Joe McDade of Evans; two nephews, Joe Molze of Evans and John Rollins of Winchester, Ky.. and one grandchild, Mary Louise McDade of Columbus.</p>
