  <p>Information: Arl Sherman Allen, 56, died Wednesday morning at his home in Rock Ledge, Fla. He was a former Jackson County deputy sheriff. He was a bricklayer, plasterer and dairy farmer. He was the son of Benjamin Allen and Alice Shaffer Allen and was born at Leroy in Jackson County, Dec 29, 1909. He was married to Luanna Keffer who survives. Also surviving are: one son, Arl Allen Jr. of Rock Ledge, Fla.; one daughter, Mrs. Alice Parker of Georgia; one brother, Rollie E. Allen of Ravenswood; three grandchildren. The funeral service was held on Saturday at the Fairview Church near Leroy, and burial with the Parsons Funeral Home directors in charge was in the church cemetery.      	 </p>
