  <p>Information: Foster S. McCoy, 63, of Parkersburg, died Monday, Oct. 30, 1995 at Camden-Clark Hospital in Parkersburg.  He was a son of the late Halley and Ellie Rhodes McCoy of Jackson County and a self-employed farmer.  Surviving:  wife, Pauline Miller McCoy of Parkersburg; three sons, Jessie A. Blackwell of Leroy, Wendell Blackwell of Parkersburg, and Jerry Blackwell of Chillicothe OH; three brothers, Clifford McCoy of Nicut WV, Darrell McCoy and John McCoy, both of Fremont OH; three sisters, Rosie Curry and Stella Sarson, both of Racine OH, and Louise McCoy of Waverly OH; and 12 grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by one son, Cleo Blackwell, and two brothers.  Services will be Thursday, Nov. 2 at 11 a.m., Straight, Tucker and Roush Funeral Home, Ravenswood, Rev. Gary L. Lovans officiating.  Burial will be at Cory Cranes Cemetery near Ripley.  Visitation will be from 6-9 p,m. today.</p>
